Numerous studies have shown that postnatal recovery is faster and more effective if we develop a good feeling for the pelvic floor during pregnancy.
In this course you will learn to feel the pelvic floor and the neighbouring structures, to consciously tense and relax it.
We pay particular attention to the pelvic floor during pregnancy, the positioning of the baby in the last weeks of pregnancy, the pelvic floor during labour and of course the time afterwards, the postpartum period
Gentle exercises are learnt that can also be used during the respective periods (pregnancy, birth and early postpartum).
